The A-to-Zep of a band who rocked heaven ... and hell

Jimmy Page was a black magic fan who collected the works of Satanist Crowley. Rumours spread that all four band members had signed a pact with the devil - and when listening to 'Stairway to Heaven', you could hear the chant: 'Here's to my sweet Satan.' But only if you played the track backwards. As you would.

B is for Bonzo
John 'Bonzo' Bonham was the Brummie builder-turned-drummer who provided the relentless, thunderous backbeat that drove Led Zeppelin. He was also the band's drunken joker. During an early gig, Bonham ran on stage and stripped off while a rival band, the Jeff Beck Group, was playing. He only escaped arrest after roadies rugby tackled him and hid him from police in a locked dressing room.

Plugged In

In an interview with ABC recently, Arrington said all of the candidates seem to be tech-savvy except McCain, who says he doesn't use a computer.

Don't you think the president should at least be able to do a Google search? Here's an interview this morning with Arrington on Fox News where he talks about his picks.

Under the Hood With Knight Rider 2.0: Trans Am vs. Ford Mustang ...

The Camaro could have been a good choice, but after its use in Transformers it would have seemed like a ripoff idea. GM has dropped the ball for the past decade and a half, and has no one to blame but themselves. Finally, I have to say that the vehicle stats presented in the article were honestly an embarrassment. I do not know where this information originally came from, but the abilities of the Knight 3000 should be within believable limits. For example, it would have been better to say the attack mode was “unmeasured" rather than “cannot be measured". 2623. RE: Under the Hood With Knight Rider 2.0: Trans Am vs. Ford Mustang (Featuring Exclusive New KITT Specs—and Classic Hasselhoff!) Sadly KITT is no 2009 revamped/retro-styled/500hp-plus Firebird because GM doesn´t have one!!! so what dou you want? a 4-door charger? a BMW M5? an RX-8? give me a break, the mustang is a nice choice and looks fantastic, maybe a Corvette could have fitted the bill, but in my opinion the Corvette is no longer a muscle car but an exotic wannabe.

Radio Talk

In other words, she won't say whether the students who did the interview are in trouble or not.

Surprisingly, WRAS does not use a delay or offer a "dump" button the way most commercial stations do post Janet Jackson despite the fact student DJs are relatively untrained.

And full disclosure for the commenter below: I am a Georgia State grad student getting my MBA. If Cassie Smith, the general manager, would allow me, I'll be happy to come on down and check things out. She declined to comment about the situation when I emailed her Monday.

Daily Blabber Celebrity Gossip Blog from iVillage Entertainment

I know you thought Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds got married last weekend, in a posh ceremony on a island off Bora Bora, but you were mistaken. Their nups may have been fancy and fabulous -- but they weren't legal.

In the Unites States, an international wedding is only recognized if the ceremony adheres to local laws in the country it takes place. Bora Bora is under French law, which stipulates a wedding is valid only if the couple has been in the territory for 30 days (they hadn't) or if they are married in a town hall by a mayor (they weren't).

Tracey's rep said that the couple's island party "was a ceremony to bind Eddie and Tracey spiritually" and that they would make it legal when they got back home.

I think this is great news for Tracey -- she still has a chance to change her mind and run for the hills.
